I heard this song by Three Days Grace, it's named "Get Out Alive" and it's in this video, and it's almost the main part. When i first time (yesterday) actually listened it properly, it just hit'd me instantly, i had to text message my friend who sent me that song, that "i have this idea for this video, listen that song!"

Then i just started to dig some archives, but i couldnt find any videomaterial from 2004 or 2005, it's maybe that we didnt take video so much, though i found some pictures from 2005.

i tried to make the video look like that i'm "freshening" through 2006 to 2008, and the video is first B/W, then 50% B/W and then full colored.

also the song (yes, again about it) has great thing that it's first kinda relaxed and soft, because i was really careful during 2004-2006, because i was in REALLY bad shape, and i was overweight. In 2007 i desided to start really exercise, and i started training properly, my hands, my legs, my middle body...

I had these feelings that "i cant do this" because i had knee surgery in 2006 autumn, and i couldnt do any training in 6 months, and i gained lots of weight during that time, which sucked.

in February 2007, i was 170-175cm on height, and i weighted like 91kg, and i lost some weight during the year, but it was like JoJo weight loss, it kept coming back, and in summer 2008, i weight 83kg, and i desided to get that extra weight away.

now im 178cm on height, and i weight like 72kg, there was time when i was like 70kg, but i think i've gained some muscles now.
