Varausta tehdessäsi sinun on ilmoitettava Einarikoodi, sillä ilman sitä et alennusta saa. Lisäksi sähköpostiviestistä tulee selvitä nimesi, osoitetietosi, puhelinnumerosi sekä lippujen määrä.


SAANKO ALENNUKSEN MAJOITUSVARAUKSEN YHTEYTEEN?
Kyllä. Majoitusvarausten lasku erääntyy 30 päivää ennen tapahtumaa eli 04.07.2011. Jos varaus tehdään myöhemmin on maksupäivä 7 päivää varauksen teosta tai sitten viikkoa ennen Pipefestiä on lasku maksettava heti. Liput noudetaan HimosCenter vastaanotosta samalla kun majoituksen avaimetkin, HimosLomien varausnumeroa (löytyy laskusta) vastaan.

Kaikki majoitusvaraukset ovat sitovia, alustavia varauksia ei tehdä, peruutusmaksu aina vähintään 95€! Kaikille majoitusvarauksen tekeville laitetaan laskun mukana varausehdot ja infokirje.
