I want to add in some information and other stuff, which takes quite a while to do. I'm very new to this video stuff.)
❗️(📣 Audio is pretty bad. First time ever video/audio recording.
Used a new high sensitivity mic, still have to learn.)




I plan share some content regarding Self-improvement, Health & Fitness, and so forth.
(This is supposed to be a "3-Minute Workout Video", but I didn't have the time yet to finish editing some information I'd like to add. I'll post the completed later.)

For my workouts, I typically exercise for 5 minutes per day, 5-6 days a week.
I intentionally keep it very short, because of my otherwise busy schedule.
(I haven't been to a Gym in 10 years.. literally)

I focus on Efficiency and Productivity, in all aspects of life,
so I always aim to get the most benefit for the least amount of time and work.

Most of the content will actually be more about things like Productivity, Accomplishing Goals, and such...
Which are areas I've been studying a lot about, in the past few years.
I believe it can be benefit, and may be of interest to most people, so I'll see how it goes. 🙂
