Nyt on se aika vuodesta.
Kävin juuri keräämässä isän takapihan kuusista litran ja tällä hetkellä edessäni on kuppi kuusenkerkkäteetä (suosikkiteeni). Tätä hetkeä olen odottanut taas melkein vuoden :)
Tuosta voi tehdä teetä, siirappia, salaattia ym. käyttää mausteena tai syödä sellaisenaan. Maistuu tuoreena melko tavalla samalta kun ketunleipä, mutta ei aivan niin hapan, ja tietty pieni pihkainen lisämaku.
